Tomorrow (Sunday 1st November 2015) is the annual Stevenage Marathon.
After last year's mega-race of both a half and a full marathon (it happens every 10 years), the Stevenage Half Marathon is back to it's usual format.
The race is organised by FVS Spartans, the Stevenage-based running club with around 350 members, and supported by Sainsbury & Tesco.
This year, proceeds from the race will be going to the Poppy Appeal.
The race starts and ends from Ridlins Race Track, with 2 laps of an accurately measured course:
Full details about the race, which starts at 10am, can be found here.
I'll be supporting the race charities, as usual by offering pre-and post-race massage in a Marquee in the middle of Ridlins Track.
Sue Hunt from Meldreth will be back again helping me soothe runners' tired muscles!
We're giving our time for free, but just ask for a donation of £5 to the Poppy Appeal in return for a 10 mins massage.
There's a story from last year's race in an earlier blog post.
If you're running, or supporting a runner, come by and say hello!
