A few weeks back I did a week-long series of very short vids on Facebook about necks and shoulders, culminating in how to do trigger point therapy on the area yourself. In case you missed it, here it is:

 

 

I'm going to expand on the content of the video series in a free 1½ hour workshop in Hitchin on Monday 8th June 2015 starting at 7.30pm.

I've blogged before about various issues like the head-forward posture, hypertonic musclestrigger point therapy and self-help for looking after aching shoulderrs & neck.

In the workshop, I'll be expanding on these and showing you what you can do to ease the aches the pains there.

For most of us, it's our lifestyle and posture that cause neck & shoulder ache, so in the workshop you'll learn not only what you can do to treat the area to relieve the soreness, but also what you can do to stop them coming back.
